Beyond housing, we help connect residents with employment resources, resume assistance, community programs, benefits resources, and other opportunities that support long-term stability and independence. Our goal is to provide more than just a place to stay. We strive to create an environment where residents can rebuild, grow, and work toward their personal goals.
Our residents may include working adults, veterans, adults receiving SSI or SSDI, adults living with HIV, and individuals transitioning from incarceration. We welcome adults seeking stable housing who are willing to follow house rules and committed to being respectful members of a shared living environment.
The James Home is a structured independent living program designed to promote stability, accountability, and personal growth. Residents are responsible for managing their own medications, appointments, finances, transportation, and personal care needs while living in a supportive community environment.
In addition to providing safe and affordable housing, we assist residents with connecting to community resources, employment opportunities, workforce development programs, benefit programs, educational opportunities, transportation resources, and other services that support long-term independence and success.
Our goal is to provide more than just housing. We strive to create an environment where residents can rebuild, grow, and work toward achieving their personal goals.
