The James Home provides a stable, affordable living environment for adults who desire structure without the need for medical or personal care services.  Our admissions process is simple and designed to help you transition smoothly into a supportive home setting.

Who We Accept

We warmly welcome adults who are: • Able to live independently • Seeking a quiet, stable home environment • Able to follow house rules and expectations • Ready to maintain cleanliness and respect shared spaces • Looking for affordable, structured housing • Has a verifiable source of income or housing funding • Able to manage personal medications independently • Willing to maintain a substance-free and respectful living environment

Who and What We Cannot Accept 

To ensure safety and compliance for all residents: Individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living • Individuals who are unable to safely navigate the home environment • Individuals who cannot independently manage their medications •  Individuals requiring 24-hour supervision Individuals needing medical supervision • Active substance use that interferes with safe and respectful community living• Individuals who are unable or unwilling to comply with house rules and community living expectations • Violent or disruptive behavior • • Smoking indoors

Call or text us at (678) 775-9108 to check availability - Complete a brief screening - Review house expectations - Pay first month's program fee and administrative fee - Move in and receive your room assignment
